Bmax Live Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bmax live platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, using the mobile app, making a deposit, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

4Deposits and Payments

• Your own funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits using payment methods registered to another person are not permitted.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out here.

• Bonus funds: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Only real money balance resulting from completed wagering is eligible for withdrawal.

8Game Rules

• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player against the platform
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, the real money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If an account is closed due to a breach, bmax live reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. The outcome of that investigation will determine whether funds are returned.
